Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect transactional messages related to your active service engagement.

  • GoHighLevel (GHL): Customer relationship management, scheduling, appointment reminders, SMS/email communication, and workflow automation;
  • QuickBooks: Invoicing, payment processing, and accounting;
  • Third-Party Laboratories: Analysis of air, surface, bulk, and other samples collected during inspections (laboratories receive only sample identification numbers and property addresses necessary for analysis);
  • Website Hosting and Analytics Providers: Website hosting, performance monitoring, and analytics;
  • Cloud Storage Providers: Secure storage of inspection data, reports, and business records.
 

We may update this list as our business needs evolve. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

 

5. Disclosure of Information

In addition to sharing with service providers described above, we may disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, or to cooperate with law enforcement;

  • General Client Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the last service interaction.
 

When information is no longer needed and the applicable retention period has expired, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with industry best practices.
