Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Coastal Air Assessments, we reserve a dedicated time slot for every appointment. To protect that time for our clients and our inspectors, we follow the policy below. A $375 assessment fee is collected at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules

• Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment are charged a $150 late cancellation fee; the remaining $225 is refunded.

No-Shows

If our inspector arrives and no one is present within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is considered a no-show and the full $375 fee is non-refundable.
