It Starts With a Solid Understanding of Homes

Before he became a mold assessor, Cory worked as a licensed contractor in the construction industry for over 20 years. He maintained a dozen large estate homes for much of that time, and his clients came to trust him fully– because Cory’s devotion to his work led to a reputation for honesty, excellence, and a detail-oriented approach to solving problems.

Cory eventually became a licensed home inspector, a choice that helped him develop an even more nuanced knowledge of what makes a home tick. As a mold assessor, Cory continues to do all he can to help his clients build and maintain the ideal living space for their families.

When he’s not on the job, Cory enjoys relaxing with his wonderful wife, children, and friends. As a hobby, Cory loves to build and restore classic 1930s Ford Roadsters.
