What a great experience! Cory was professional, efficient and on time for appointments. He returned phone calls quickly and emailed documents in a timely fashion. He also has a machine where he is able to get mold readings immediately which expedited the process. I highly recommend Coastal Air Assessment.
Cory showed up right after a major emergency caused by an incompetent roofing company. He has state of the art technology that he deploys to assess the air quality and is able to quickly assess and report on the air quality in a manner that is easily understandable and extremely accurate.

When I was contacted by the president of the condo association regarding a mold issue in my brother’s condo I rushed to get the issue checked out. I chose Coastal Air Assessment based on reviews and checking it out at BBB. The reviews were helpful and I found Cory to be prompt, responsive and professional which are all very important when dealing with a mold issue. I used them again post remediation and they were able to follow up on what was done and added recommendation to get the remediation up to standard.
He walked me through every step of the testing process. He also explained what the remediation process would likely be like. His reports are so thorough. And he answered every one of my bazillion questions (not exaggerating) I called him several times with followup questions I thought of and he was always happy to answer.
I hope to never need him again lol but if I do need a mold testing company in the future there is no one else I would call.
